Initial Consultation
Comprehensive consultation involving a review of school documents, medical/mental health records, evaluations, and IEPs provided by the Client, as well as discussions with providers, culminating in a feedback session between Allexenberg Law and the Client
Special Education Discipline and School Expulsion Advocacy
"Ghost attorney" provides limited-scope legal services in the background. Attorney will consult, research, strategize, and draft highly specific emails, correspondence, and documents for clients, but will not formally attend school district meetings or formal proceedings, or interact with district staff or counsel
General services may include consultation, legal research, document review, drafting correspondence and legal documents, attending and representing the Client in Team Meetings, and negotiations related to the Child's IEP or 504, as appropriate for the Child's educational program
The Client retains Allexenberg Law to provide full-service legal representation regarding a dispute with a School District currently pending before, or to be filed with, the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA)
