Free Initial Consultation
Comprehensive Consultation based on a review of evaluations and IEPs or 504s
Provide counsel to families in cases of bullying or harassment
Representation at Manifestation Determination Reviews, hearings, and appeals in disciplinary cases
Representation at Team meetings for annual IEP reviews regarding need for additional services and/or lack of progress being made
Assist families with the Special Education Eligibility Determination process and creation of IEPs
Explain available alternative dispute resolution options and provide representation (case specific)
Assist families when seeking a change of placement
